TISSNET is a computer based test conducted all over India for admission to the TISS programs in human resources, social work, education, urban studies etc. MA in HRM and Labour relations offered by TISS is considered to be the most prestigious Human resources program in the country. The TISS authorities decide the TISS cut off after the results are made public; the cut off score decides who gets an interview call and who does not.
Based on TISSNET cut-offs, candidates are called for the GD and PI round. The criteria for final selection include the TISSNET score, candidate's academic record, profile of the candidate, work experience in months etc.
The TISS cut off score varies according to the difficulty level of the exam, number of applicants, and the intake capacity at each campus.
