TISSNET 2020 Notification : Important dates & requisite Information

TISSNET is an online entrance exam conducted by Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) for admission to various masters programmes offered by them. The most popular programme which is opted by MBA aspirants is the Masters in Human Resource Management and Labor Relations. The test is conducted for all its centers at Mumbai, Tuljapur, Hyderabad, Guwahati, IMHST Chennai, MHAT Calicut and G-SET Ranchi.
The TISSNET exam consists of English, Analytical & Logical Reasoning along with General Knowledge & Knowledge on Contemporary Issues. Candidates are shortlisted on the basis of their TISSNET score. The shortlisted candidates are then called for a round of Pre-Interview Test and Personal Interview (PIT/PI), leading to final selection.
The TISSNET notification is usually released in the last week of October. The registrations begin in the same week and continue till last week of December. The TISSNET exam is conducted in the first week of January and results are declared in the last week of January.

The TISS-NET exam is a computer-based entrance exam consisting of objective questions related to Social Sensitivity, Logical Reasoning, Analytical Ability and Knowledge on Contemporary issues. The exam is held for 100 minutes (1 hour & 40 minutes). Candidates are first shortlisted on the basis of TISS NET scores. They are later called for Pre-Written Test or/and Personal Interviews.
