NMIMS Cutoff

Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) offers a two-year MBA in many streams. Various MBA courses are offered by the School of Business Management (SBM), which functions under the NMIMS Deemed University. Admissions to its MBA, MBA Banking, MBA Capital Markets, MBA HR and MBA Pharmaceutical Management are given on the basis of NMAT, which is followed by a Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
The candidates who clear NMAT cutoffs - overall and sectional, are called for the subsequent rounds i.e. CD/GD and PI. Clearing the cut off is important, but not enough to get a seat as the performance in the later rounds also counts. Based on the score obtained in NMAT and performance in CD/GD and PI, a composite merit list is released. The cut offs vary according to the courses offered by NMIMS at its various campuses. The cut off for various campuses of NMIMS (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Indore, Navi Mumbai) varies from 80 to 94 percentile, with NMIMS Mumbai having the highest cut off. Additionally, NMIMS assigns different weightages to the following components of final merit list:
