NMAT 2018 Notification & Registration Process

NMIMS conducts the NMAT for admissions to its various MBA programs offered at its Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad Campuses. From the academic session 2019-21, a number of other prominent B-Schools across the country also accept NMAT scores.
The registration for NMAT-2018 will start in the 1st week of July, 2018 for admissions for the academic session 2019 - 21. Applicants may take the test in the window period from the 1st week of October, 2018 to the 3rd week in December, 2018 for a maximum of 3 times, with a minimum period of 15 days between successive attempts. In case of multiple attempts, best of three scores will be considered.

NMAT Eligibility:
As NMIMS has different campuses and MBA in various specializations, following table shows the eligibility criteria:

Post Graduate degree holders in Economics, Psychology and Sociology can also apply.
Candidates with B.Tech. or B.E. in Bio-Tech. or Bio- Medical are also eligible to apply.
Candidates working in Pharmaceutical Companies for more than two years are preferred.

NMAT Application Process:
Step 1: Register for NMAT online by creating an account on www.nmat.org.in using a valid email address
Step 2: Make payment, there are three ways to make the payment:
  • Payment at Bank branch - cash payment at one of the designated bank branches
  • Credit/Debit Card – online payment through credit/debit card
  • Demand Draft - payment through a demand draft
Step 3: Schedule the test:
Schedule the test on preferred date and location subject to availability.
