All about NMAT Admissions 2016

NMIMS conducts the NMAT for admissions to its various MBA programs offered at its Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad Campuses. From the academic session 2016-18, a number of other prominent B-Schools across the country will also accept NMAT scores.
The registration for NMAT-2016 started on 2nd July 2015 for admissions for the academic session 2016-18. Applicantsmay take the test in the window period from 6th October to 19th December 2015 for a maximum of 3 times, with a minimum period of 15 days between successive attempts. Incase of multiple attempts, best of three scores will be considered.

3MBA Pharmaceutical Management - Selection process is separate (Mumbai Campus)
  • Full Time Bachelor's Degree (10+2+3/4) in Pharmacy, Science, Life Sciences, MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS, B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Biotechnology from a recognized University with minimum 50% marks in the aggregate in first attempt. Post Graduate degree holders in Economics, Psychology and Sociology can also apply.
  • Candidates with B.Tech. or B.E. in Bio-Tech. or Bio- Medical are also eligible to apply.
  • Those candidates who have cleared their graduation by doing a part-time course or through distance learning, correspondence courses, externally, open school are NOT ELIGIBLE to apply.
  • Candidates working in Pharmaceutical Companies for more than two years are preferred.
4PGDM -Bengaluru Campus PGDBM - Hyderabad Campus
  • Full Time Bachelor's Degree (10+2+3/4) in any discipline from a recognized University with minimum 50% marks in the aggregate in first attempt.
  • Those candidates who have cleared their graduation by doing a part-time course or through distance learning, correspondence courses, externally, open school are NOT ELIGIBLE to apply.

Application Process:
Step 1: Register for NMAT online by creating an account on www.nmat.org.in using a valid email address
Step 2: Make payment, there are three ways to make the payment:
  • Payment at Bank branch - cash payment at one of the designated bank branches
  • Credit/Debit Card – online payment through credit/debit card
  • Demand Draft - payment through a demand draft
Step 3: Schedule the test:
Schedule the test on preferred date and location subject to availability.
