Overall Brief
On the whole the level of the test was tough. The test contained many moderate and difficult questions and hence the important factor was selection of appropriate questions to attempt. Reasoning was slightly easier than Quant section. Verbal section was also tough. The key to getting a good percentile was time management and selection of questions.

Verbal Ability
Easy Questions:
3, 19, 20, 23

The first passage (1-5) based on ‘correlation between unbiased atheism & critical thinking. The passage was difficult to understand & questions based on were either difficult or moderate except Q3, which was easy. The second passage (5-8) based on comparison between the thought process of Kafka & Camus’. This passage was again very difficult to understand & all the questions based on it were difficult. The third passage (9-12) based on ‘impact of political ideologies on economy’ and it was also difficult to understand and questions based on it were moderate. The fourth passage (13-16) based on ‘sci – fi focus only on aggression shown by the species and not on other attributes. All the questions based on it were either moderate or difficult. Questions (17 & 18) were based on finding the misfit sentence and were moderate. Questions (19 & 20) were based on finding the best fit for the given sentence. These were easy questions. The questions (21 & 22) were based on sentence rearrangement and were moderate. Questions (23 & 24) were based on finding the summary of the given paragraph. The questions were easy & moderate respectively. The overall feel of the section was very difficult. However, one could have easily scored 90+ percentile by attempting 10-12 questions with 75-80% accuracy.

DI & Reasoning
Easy Questions:
28, 33, 38, 41
The difficulty level of DI was Moderate. There were 4 easy, 8 medium and 8 difficult questions in this section. The second and forth block (Draw competition and park with 4 rides) were easiest and were must do and by attempting a couple of questions from rest of the blocks, one could have fetched a very good percentile. In this section, one could have fetched 90+ percentile by attempting 6 -10 questions with approx. 80 % accuracy.
Quantitative Ability
Easy Questions:
52, 55, 65
Students found this section easier than DI this time. The Quantitative section had 3 easy, 7 medium and 12 difficult questions. Selection of questions was important to crack this section. There were questions from varied topics like Geometry, Basic Numbers, Basic Algebra, Progression and Series, Arithmetic (Percentages/Time and Work/Mixtures/Percentages/SI-CI/Ratios).A good student could have scored 90+ percentile by attempting around7-10 questions with approx. 80% accuracy.

Strategy & Tips

The overall feel of the paper was tough, though for the students who knew how to manage the time available to the best i.e., not wasting much time in lengthy and difficult questions, could easily manage an overall good attempt.Reasoning was slightly easier than Quant section. Verbal section was tough. Most of the questions in quant section were from Arithmetic, Algebra, Number system and Geometry. For verbal section, one should have good reading speed & comprehension skills as there were 4 RCs based on different areas and also a few questions based on paragraph summary. One must focus on contextual vocabulary to understand and score well in passages& summary. Questions such as sentence rearrangement and misfit/Best-fit require analysis and knowledge of tricks to answer the questions. It is not advisable to spend too much time on TITA questions especially in the verbal section.
