MAT 2026: Key Features
Candidates can appear for the MAT 2026 exam with ease, choosing between PBT or CBT modes. To participate, candidates need to meet specific requirements based on their chosen mode, such as adhering to guidelines for test centers. Detailed information about these requirements is available on the official AIMA website (https://mat.aima.in/). AIMA offers mock tests at nominal rates to help candidates familiarize themselves with the exam pattern and enhance their performance.
The difficulty level of MAT is comparatively less than CAT, XAT, IIFT, and other such exams. The number of exam applicants increases every year. Further, there is no age limit to appear for the exam.
Some of the top B-Schools, such as Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship (XIME), Mumbai, Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS), New Delhi, and Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH), Greater Noida, accept MAT scores. The validity of the MAT score is one year. Since MAT is conducted four times a year, it provides a good chance for aspirants to secure admission into top MBA colleges.
