MAT June 2020 Notification: Important Dates

Management Aptitude Test (MAT) is a national level examination being conducted since 1988 to screen candidates for management and other allied programs. MAT 2020 is a gateway to 600+ Management Institutes/ Universities/ Colleges. MAT is conducted four times a year, in the months of: February, May, September, and December. Around 3 lakh MBA aspirants take the test annually, making it India’s largest management entrance test.

Candidates have the option to appear either for pen/paper-based or computer-based mode of the test. Separate admit cards are issued for offline and online mode. You can appear in both formats of the exam. Following are the details for June 2020

The difficulty level of MAT is comparatively less than CAT, XAT, IIFT and other such exams. The number of exam applicants increases every year. Further, there is no age limit to appear for the exam.
MAT scores are accepted by some of the top B-schools such as Department of Management Studies, IIT, Madras, Great Lakes Institutes of Management, Chennai, Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship, Mumbai, etc. The validity of MAT score is one year. Since MAT is conducted after an interval of three months in a year, it provides a good chance to the aspirants to bag admission into the top MBA colleges.
