Admission Process
Candidates are shortlisted on the basis of theabove-stated factors, profile and application essays. The admission process mainly consists of a personal interview for the final admission to ISB.
Some Unique Facts about ISB programs:
  • For admission to PGP, ISB also offers deferred admission routes through two options: Early Entry & Young leaders programme.
Early Entry option: This allows candidates with less than 2 years of work experience to apply for PGP. Candidates secure their admission seat and can join after completion of 2 years work experience.
Young leaders programme (YLP):Freshers or candidates in pre-final/final year of graduationcan apply to YLP. It is a blend of on-campus and online learning modules which prepares the students for their final enrolment in PGP after some years.
In addition, ISB provides an opportunity for re-application to PGP.
  • Part-timeprograms mentioned in the table refer to courses that are not regular. These courses are delivered in a mix of online and offline modes. Students are required to attendclassroom learning for a fixed number of weeks spread throughout the course.The classes are conducted in Hyderabad and Mohali campus, as per a set schedule. Besides, the associated online classes are compulsory to attend.
  • FPM (Fellow Programme in Management) is considered equivalent to PhD. Candidates can choose to opt for FPM in any of the 7 different specializations (Accounting, Financial Economics, Information Systems, Marketing, Operations Management, Organisational Behaviour and Strategy).
  • The advanced management courses are devised to focus on specific sectors/industry. These courses include online, classroom and self-study schedules to provide maximum convenience to working professionals.
