Symbiosis International University’s Department of Health Sciences has introduced a postgraduate programme in the field of Emergency Medical Services. There was an urgent need for setting up a programme that trains individuals and medical professionals in the fundamentals of emergency medical services, after Seeing the prevalent medical scenario. It is the need of the hour as the socio-medical situation requires emergency medical service providers.
Medical officials looking forward to pursuing a career in emergency medical services can opt for Postgraduate Diploma in Emergency Medical Services (PGDEMS). However, it is the first-ever course in the country to provide emergency help. Timely provision of medical assistance by any trained personnel can save a life. Symbiosis Centre for Health Skills strives to provide hit-tech imitation and virtually set-up hospital to prepare the students for emergency service.
