The national level exam ATMA is conducted by AIMS (Association of Indian Management School) for admission to many post-graduate programs like MBA, PGDM, MMS, MCA, etc. The exam is held 4-5 times annually, with almost 20,000 candidates appearing in one session. Generally, ATMA is scheduled in the months of February, April, May, and July/August, December.
The registrations are yet to begin for May session. Candidates will be required to apply online for ATMA 2024 May session once the notifications are out. The application dates for the upcoming May session are yet to be notified and the exam is expected be held on 11 May 2024.

www.atmaaims.com. The application process for ATMA is basically done in two major steps:
Fees Payment & Filling the Form. Given below are detailed instructions for filling out the ATMA application form:
Step-1: Fee Payment for ATMA
The registration process starts with the Fee Payment. The exam fee is ₹2000/-. There is a concession in fee for some categories of candidates as follows:
- 25% concession for women
- 50% concession for candidates belonging to North-East States of India (Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura).
The fee can be paid using a Credit or Debit Card only. You can complete this first step via
Online Fee payment link given on the website.
Step-2: Generation of PID and Filling the Application Form
After you have paid the fee, you will receive a system-generated PID (Personal Identification Number) on your Mobile by email and SMS. Do save it for your future reference. This PID will be your Login ID for Printing the Admit Card, Re-Printing the application form, and getting the Result. If you do not receive your PID, you can
search for it.
- In the application form, you are required to fill your PID, Name (Click the FETCH NAME button to fetch the Name from the database), Address, Date of Birth, Email Id, Mobile Number, Preferred choice of Test City, Educational Qualifications: Percentage in class 10th, 12th, Degree (Final year students need to mention ‘NA’), Post graduation/Professional Degree if applicable and Work experience, if any. Finally, state your choice of colleges/institutes where you want your ATMA scores to be sent.
- Upload the Scanned images of your Photograph and Signature in the following format:
-While scanning, the scanner resolution should be set at a minimum of 200 dpi and the colour be set at ‘true color’. The file must be in JPG or JPEG format.
-Photograph should be your latest passport-style colour picture of dimensions 200 x 230 pixels (preferably) and the size of the scanned image must be between 20-50 kb.
-Signature must be done on white paper with a black ink pen by the applicant only. The scanned image of the signature must be of the dimensions 140 x 60 pixels (preferably) and the size of the image should lie between 10-20 kb.
Remember that if the signature on the candidate’s answer script, at the time of the examination, does not match the signature on the Admit Card (scanned signature image), the candidate is disqualified.
The application process is complete after the scanned images are uploaded. You will receive a login password once the registration process is complete. This password will be sent by Email or SMS.
Lastly, make sure that you have filled in the details correctly in the application form else it can be rejected.
