Sydenham College of Commerce following its tradition to impart quality education had established Sydenham Institute of Management Studies, Research and Entrepreneurship Education in the year 1983. Since then, SIMSREE has made an effort in producing managers who are successful in the global market and utilising their analytical skills to effectively manage the complexities in the business environment. The college offers various postgraduate courses, part-time courses and doctoral level programmes in management.

At SIMSREE, you can pursue a unique course, Master of Management Studies, which is a 2-years Full-time postgraduate degree course. The course has been affiliated to University of Mumbai. However, students can even pursue to specialise in the areas of HR, Systems, and Finance etc. Moreover, students can opt for PGDM which is equivalent to MBA as approved AICTE. Even three year part-time Master programmes are offered in Financial Management and Marketing Management.
