Institute of Public Enterprise, Hyderabad

The Institute of Public Enterprise was set up to provide education of policies and issues relating to public enterprise. The idea to set up such an institution was to undertake the systematic and sustained study and research of formulation of policies towards the Public Enterprise. The institute started with a 3-year Part-Time MBA in Public Enterprise. Later, the institute started with a two-year full-time Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management, PGDM (HRM), and PGDM (IB). All of the courses available at IPE are recognised by AICTE and are equivalent to MBA as recognised by AIU. Now the institute has widened its approach and has introduced new areas of specialisation and courses. The institute has divided its PGDM courses in 6 trimesters and allows students to choose their areas of specialisation. The directions even offer dual specialisation in different fields. Students get exposure to the global market by attending seminars, workshops and making presentation and research. The institute has its own research centre that provides aids to the students to perform analysis in their areas of expertise. Even the faculty at the IPE is highly-qualified and experienced.
