The IILM offers Post-Graduate Diploma in Management in three campuses in the NCR region. There are few advantages of studying in IILM as it has globally benchmarked curriculum, and the course module is designed keeping in mind the latest trends in the industry. Keeping in mind the rapid advancement in technology, IILM has added new subject areas such as Digital Disruption, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, BlockChain, and Internet of Things. IILM(MBA) offers specialization in 6 areas, namely, MBA (HRM), MBA (Entrepreneurship), MBA Financial Technology, MBA Digital Business, MBA Marketing and Innovation, MBA in Sustainability and Innovation. Students are provided experiential learning through ‘Field Immersion Experiences’ to develop some core skills like team-building, problem- solving skills and presentation skills. The focus of this module is to help students formulate a business plan to make learning a more engaging process. Another key component of the Post Graduate programme is the ‘Career Trek’ programme where students travel to different parts of the country to gain practical experience and understand the skills required for various organizations.
