IIM Sirmaur is one of the fastest-growing baby IIMs. Over the past 5 years, its placement track record has also improved.
Being a new IIM, IIM Sirmaur is still in its developing period. It offers good learning resources such as Harvard case studies, Bloomberg terminals, etc. The institute offers a hands-on learning environment. The students will learn through group projects, assignments, industry visits, etc. IIM Sirmaur placements in 2022 witnessed an average CTC of INR 12.74 LPA. The highest CTC offered this year was INR 26.5 LPA.
IIM Sirmaur will award 70% weightage to the Diversity Factor, Profile and performance in the PI round, while CAT 2021 score gets 30% weight in the final selection for MBA admission 2022. IIM Sirmaur will participate in the new IIM Common Admission Process (CAP) 2022 and will have common shortlisting criteria as applicable for other CAP participating IIMs. The total seat intake for the MBA programme at IIM Sirmaur is 120.
