IIT Kanpur MBA Cut-Off

IIT Kanpur utilises the CAT score to shortlist candidates for admission to MBA. It offers MBA at its Department of Industrial and Management Engineering (IME). MBA cut-off is decided by the IIT authorities on the basis of the number of applicants, difficulty level of CAT, and related benchmarks. Since the pandemic scenario, the institute has not been conducting group discussion and personal interview rounds.

IIT Kanpur - MBA Admission Criteria

After appearing for the Common Admission Test (CAT), the students can resolve the dilemma of choosing an appropriate college according to their percentile by matching the cutoff figures of various colleges to their CAT percentile. The last date of application at most MBA colleges is from November to January. So if you have done engineering and are desirous of an MBA degree from a good institution, you can apply at IME, IIT Kanpur; if your CAT score is reasonably above the cut-off figures. Depending on the cut-off figures, you will be considered for the further stages.

The final selection process is based on three factors: Academic Background, CAT Percentile, and Work Experience.
