IIM Ahmedabad Cut Off

The Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad has been voted as the finest MBA college in India many times. IIM-A shortlists considers many variables while shortlisting candidates. These include Class X marks, class XII marks, graduation marks, overall CAT percentile, sectional CAT percentile, work experience, academic diversity, etc.

The sectional percentile for CAT 2021 was 70 percentile.

It is to be noted that some exceptional performers from diverse backgrounds are to be identified and directly shortlisted for the second phase on the basis of their CAT scores. However, beyond this stage, all the shortlisted candidates will be on par and will be assessed on the Aggregate Score (based on CAT/GMAT, Academic Rating (AR) and (WA-PI Scores) in each category, despite the IIM Ahmedabad cutoff.

The overall performance is measured by written analysis, interview, awards and recognitions, academic performance, extra-curriculars and work experience etc. As per government rules, seats are reserved for various categories.
