This program will help participants develop concrete approaches for improving production, technology, cost, logistics, transportation, waste reduction, and recycling aspects of the supply chain.”
Said Dr. Subrat Sarangi, Assistant Professor at MICA and Co-Chair, LMDP, “As firms are setting procedures and reconfiguring their partners to raise resilience, complex decisions are of utmost priority. The program targets all decision-makers, be it the logistics manager in an FMCG company, a demand planner in a textile unit, a procurement specialist in a medical devices company, or a food company. The program’s pedagogy blends frameworks and success stories of firms as well as failures and case studies to be worked during the sessions.
