LBSIM launches two new PGDM Programmes

The premier business school, LBSIM, introduced a new-age programme, which is the first to be launched in the nation. Its two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in Artificial Intelligence & Data Science (AI & DS). This is the country's first programme of its kind, and it caters to a specialist sector that is now an important component of global business and innovative management education.

Learnings in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science are currently attracting much interest from industry and business leaders. Recognizing the need for such skills in the country, LBSIM has taken the bold step of launching the programme in the academic year 2021. The AICTE, Ministry of Education, Government of India has given their approval to the programme.

It aspires to develop a cadre of professionals by providing them with a holistic approach to problem-solving in a highly dynamic and complicated corporate environment, utilizing artificial intelligence and cutting-edge data science methodologies. The Post-Graduate Diploma in Management in E-Business programme is designed to provide students with a comprehensive grasp of the E-Business environment and apply it to enhance business processes and decision-making. LBSIM is pleased to announce the successful completion of the placement season 2021-22. The Institute witnessed a great placement season, with the average salary package going up by around 17%, and the highest package offered was Rs. 25.91 LPA. Moreover, 20% of new recruiters have been added to the list of existing regular recruiters, prominent amongst being Morgan Stanley, Grant Thornton, Oxane Partners, Ruchi Soya. The season was concluded with the average package of the top 25% students being Rs. 14.4LPA.
