The PGDM Executive program offered by LBSIM is a full-time management course approved by AICTE. The 15-month program was undoubtedly designed for the working professionals that hold great experience in any field. The program focuses on grooming such experienced individuals for a General Management role in the Functional Domain with a Global Orientation. The program is designed weaving five aspects – Foundation, Functional, Internationalization, Integration, and Dissertation. However, students completing the PGDM-EX programme are subjected to a professional growth lab and an appraisal centre, which allows them to have a greater understanding of their strengths and weaknesses.
