Admission Process for All MBA programmes at K J Somaiya Institute of Management:
For 2 Year MBA Full-Time programme:
  • The candidate has to fill the online Somaiya Application form on the website. (https://admissions.somaiya.edu/)
  • The aspirants need to submit a valid exam score. CAT 2021 / XAT 2022/ CMAT 2022/ NMAT / GMAT (Scores valid from 1st January 2019 to 31st January 2022) scores are accepted.
The candidate can apply for more than one Programme.
  • The candidates will be shortlisted and called for further process of case analysis and Personal Interview (CA/PI). The shortlisting for the CA/PI process happens based on the test scores submitted, while only profile-based shortlisting will be applicable for MBA HCM and MBA SM. The shortlisted candidates need to pick a slot for their CA/PI process.
  • The CA/PI process will be conducted online on zoom platform and an in-depth interview to understand the candidate will be conducted.
  • The results on the performance in the CA/PI along with various other parameters will be issued by the institute. The seat allotment is based on results, preferences, and availability of seats.
For 15 months MBA Executive programme:
  • The candidate has to fill the online Somaiya Application form on the website. (https://admissions.somaiya.edu/)
  • The aspirants need to submit a valid exam score. CAT 2021 / XAT 2022/ CMAT 2022/ NMAT / GMAT (Scores valid from 1st January 2019 to 31st January 2022) scores are accepted.
