Located in Pune, Indian Institute of Education and Business Management (IIEBM) has set a new benchmark in the placement landscape of management institutes. As per the Times B-School survey 2022 released by The Times Group, IIEBM bagged 2nd position among India’s top 20 Management Institutes for placement performance. IIEBM's Philosophy
Colonel Marwaha, an alumnus of the National Defence Academy and the 47th course of the Indian Military Academy, was the youngest lot to participate in the 1971 Bangladesh war and is fondly referred to as the Born to Battle course.
As a founder, President Col Marwaha carried forward the culture of graduating students of IIEBM ''Battle Ready for the Corporate Battlefield" in the same way as they were baptized in the Bangladesh war. It has been over two decades since the inception of IIEBM, and this philosophy remains the cornerstone of the institute.

Due to the pandemic scenario, the last two years have been tough and unpredictable for the entire world. Its impact on the education sector is still being felt, especially regarding employment opportunities. Nevertheless, some of the institutes maintained their placement record and even showed growth in recruitments. IIEBM is one such institute that managed to achieve one of its best placement performances. Here is a glimpse of IIEBM’s Placement highlights of PGDM batch 2019-21:

Most of the placement offers came from the E-commerce and service sector. The other participating companies belonged to Real Estate, FMCG, BFSI, IT/ITES, Automobile, and Manufacturing. In terms of domains, the batch got maximum placements in marketing, and the remaining werein finance, operations, strategy, analytics and general management.
