Already the highest package has reached Rs. 30.2 lakhs per annum for PGDM students at GIM. There has an increase of 9% in the highest package from last year. Traditionally, top recruiters have been visiting the GIM campus from all the major sectors like BFSI, FMCG, Manufacturing, and Retail, with IT being the top recruiter. The dedicated placement cell at GIM has been able to achieve 100% placement for its students across all PGDM streams in the past with an impressive 16% pre-placement offer (PPO) per batch.
A total of 452 students participated in the placement drive and 137 recruiters visited the campus. GIM saw an addition of 54 new recruiters this placement season. Deloitte, ITC, Citi Bank, Asian paints, JP Morgan, Ernst & Young, Goldman Sachs, CRISIL, Flipkart, Mckinsey and Company, were some of the leading recruiting companies at GIM.
