The highest domestic offer this year as on December 2022 is Rs. 23 lacs per annum. 80% of the students being placed so far. Top recruiters are HCL Technologies, ICICI Bank, Wipro Limited, Deloitte USI, Cognizant, EYGDS, FedEx, HDFC Bank, TechMahindra, Dell, ITC, Asian Paints, GEP, Nestle and many others. For the Batch 2020-22. both the average and median CTC this year are close to Rs.14.5 Lacs per annum and Rs 14 Lacs per annum respectively.
In fact, encouraged by the performance in SIP FORE students received multiple PPO offers from various organizations, to name a few Deloitte USI, ICICI Bank, Asian Paints, ITC, Nestle, HDFC Bank, ITC, Capgemini, Gartner, Havells India Ltd, Porter, Kyndryl (IBM), Tech Mahindra etc.
The hiring traction from traditional recruiters also remains strong. IT/ITES, FSI, Banking, MR& Consulting, FMCG, Automobiles etc. have returned year after year to recruit from FORE. KPMG, ICICI Bank, Deloitte US, Cognizant, EYGDS, Asian Paints, ITC and many others, like every year visited then campus and hired students.
Companies such as McKinsey Knowledge Center, HSBC India, PwC India Acceleration Center, HDFC Bank, Oxane Partners, IGT Solutions, TESCO, Bank of America have recruited for Finance and related profiles. We saw participation from new recruiters like Arcesium, DBS, Kroll, Adani Group, ACT Fibernet etc.
