As has been the tradition of this uniquely curated conference by FIIB, this year too, the FRC is poised to bring together management researchers and practitioners under one roof to deliberate upon how to build on and come up with proactive solutions and roadmaps to this overwhelming new world of work. The following features of the conference make it stand out in a sea of other academic conferences -
  • This inclusive and creative conference agenda offers a wide range of opportunities for researchers, industry experts, and students alike, in the form of paper presentations, 3-minute thesis presentations, case competitions, editors' meetings, workshops, or keynote addresses on contemporary topics.
  • Informed by management practice and led by industry experts the format of the FRC will have papers both from the practice side in the form of Perspective paper submissions, and from the research side in the form of Research paper submissions.
  • In addition to offering multiple prizes to win in 25 different categories, the competition provides multiple opportunities for networking and recognition. A unique opportunity is the Research Grant Competition, a shark tank-style competition where researchers can present their research ideas and win awards.
