The Placement Cell and Career Management Center at FIIB orchestrate placement activities across the campus, encompassing various elements such as live projects, performance evaluations, peer reviews, portfolios, reports, quizzes, and practical applications of theoretical concepts. The Career Management Centre extends beyond mere placement services, reflecting the Indian industry's confidence in FIIB's credibility, evident in its 30-year journey as a high-quality B-School and its growing corporate affiliations.

FIIB's PGDM Batch of 2021-23 experienced a remarkable placement season with a surge of nearly 100% in recruiters. The institute achieved a remarkable 97% placement rate, marking a 16% year-on-year increase. Top sectors included BFSI, Consulting and research, FMCG and IT management. The highest international package reached an impressive 25 LPA and 22 LPA for domestic, while the average package of the top 20 % stood at 10.5 LPA, and the overall package with 8.4 LPA, reflecting a 12% increase in the highest package and a substantial 34% increase in the middle package from the previous year. The profiles offered on campus include Sales, Research, Product Branding, Digital Marketing, HR, Finance, Business Analytics and operations.
