Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH)

We take great honor and pride to share that BIMTECH has been recently conferred the coveted Category - 1 autonomy status by the AICTE.

BIMTECH is one of the only two institutions on all India basis who have been granted category 1 graded autonomy. The other institute is XLRI Jamshedpur.

In order to determine, promote and maintain the standards of higher education, AICTE is mandated to grant Graded Autonomy to better performing Standalone Institutions in India for becoming Institutions of Global excellence.
