The institute offers a One Year full time PGPM program in Human Resource Management.  The PGPM Human Resources course is the oldest and most prestigious one-year programs in India for students looking to develop a career in Human Resources. SOIL evaluates the candidate’s overall profile looking to Academic ability, test scores, extra curricular activities and results from the personal interview.  We have 3 application rounds starting in October but would encourage all students to apply early as space in the class may be limited by the third round

This is India’s first Government & AICTE Approved PGDM program that offers management education based on Design Thinking.  Inspired by the requirements of startup and new age companies in India the curriculum provides students with a multidisciplinary approach to management subjects using Design thinking and Liberal arts. ​The course Curriculum provides majors in Analytics, Marketing, Finance & Human Resources with many courses on design, design thinking and liberal arts interwoven into the curriculum over the students’ 2 year learning journey.  Outbound experiential learning modules such as Rural Immersion, Himalayan Outreach, Global study trek to Singapore / China are also provided for experiences outside the classroom.  This program is open to fresh college graduates as well as students with 0-5 years of experience
