ISB Placement Process
ISB mainly provides placements for two of its courses: the flagship PGP (Post Graduate Programme in Management) and FPM (Fellow Programme in Management).
Placement process for PGP takes almost four months. Recruiters hold pre-placement talks,after which students submit their EOI (expressions of interest). Then, recruiters shortlist the candidates and notify the CAS (Career Advancement Services) team, which trains the students. While most recruiters conduct on-campus interviews, some of them also conduct off-campus interviews.
