New Challenges, New Initiatives

With these factors in mind, FIIB has adopted an effective educational approach, i.e. live projects, for creating real life learning environment for its soon-to-be graduated managers. With the help of its Marketing Communication department, approx. 8 students irrespective of their major of business degree (Finance, HR, Marketing etc.) were given a chance of having hands on training on Digital Marketing.

Viewing that Digital Marketing and Social Media Management are the need of the hour, students were included in all sorts of content generation exercises for all the campaigns and events held on various virtual platforms for the B-school, during the online semester. Students were given hands on knowledge of Google AdWords, Social Media Campaigning and Web Developing amongst others.

The idea of this initiative was to strengthen the scale of innovation and even apply the “quick response” approach, i.e. strengthening skills that are required for the business market today.
