Complete CAT 2020 Online Classroom: How to make best use of the full course

Course Overview

As a CAT 2020 Online Classroom student, you have been enrolled in a specific batch of your choice i.e. weekday batch or weekend batch. Three live lectures per week will take place as per the timing of the batch allotted to you.

Course Contents

The CAT 2020 Online Classroom is segregated into six broad categories. Each category has certain academic courses with dedicated learning pages. These categories comprise of relevant academic topics for entrance exam.

  • Quantitative Aptitude (14 Academic Courses - Number System, Percentage and Profit & Loss, Algebra, Geometry and Mensuration etc.)
  • Verbal Ability (12 Academic Courses - Reading Comprehension, Grammar, Critical Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning etc.)
  • Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning (7 Academic Courses - Approximations, Analytical Reasoning, various graph types, Syllogisms etc.)
  • Basic Maths (Topics - Percentage and Profit & Loss, Ratio & Proportion, Algebra, Geometry and Mensuration etc.)
  • CAT & Non CAT test series (24 CAT and 30 Non-CAT full-length tests, 200 sectional and chapter wise tests, video analysis of tests, strong and weak area identification modules.)
  • Bull Comprehensive Resources (Multiple academic resources like sectional and area tests, articles, videos etc.)
Note - Academic courses maybe changed depending on the changing exam pattern of various entrance exams.

Academic Course Flow:

Each batch will have three live lectures per week. The dates of the lectures will be available on the learning pages and will also be sent to you through SMS/E-mail.

Each academic course has a single learning page on which multiple learning resources are available. While learning, we advise you to follow the action-steps provided below to gain maximum learning from this course.

Sequence of Academic courses

The academic courses will take place as per the sequence of tiles mentioned on the Full Course page. Academic Course Sequence:

Live Lectures

You will be sent a URL and password 15 - 30 minutes prior to the start of the live lecture on your registered mobile number and e-mail address, which will enable you to attend the live lecture.

You will be able to view the complete video of live lecture on your desktop/laptop/mobile. Students can interact with the instructor using an interactive whiteboard.

All the live lectures will also be available in a recorded format in your learning page.

In case, a live lecture gets cancelled due to technical or other issues, it will be rescheduled on a later date, which will be duly communicated.

We highly recommend you to attend each and every live lecture at its specified times, since you stand to gain the most by asking doubts in real time to your instructors.

How to access Live Lecture using Zoom Cloud Meeting

We suggest you to refer the following steps to familiarise yourself with the Live Lecture process:

  • Download Zoom Cloud Meeting Application on preferred device through which you will attend the session. To download click IOS IOS IOS
  • On due date and time of session copy the URL sent via email, SMS & WhatsApp Group and paste it in the browser. For mobile, tap the link shared with you and open the link with zoom app.
  • Registration window will open. Type in your email. For name, we suggest you use your First name followed by Hitbullseye. For example Ashish 121800002. If ID is not readily available, you may use your name only.
  • “Join Webinar” option will become live once above step is completed.
  • You will see the presentation on your screen. The faculty will also be visible in the top right corner of the screen (bottom right in case of mobile phone)
  • If you want to ask questions, you may do so by clicking on the chat option at the bottom of the screen. The chat window will open up. Select option “All panellists and all attendees” so that your question is visible to everybody attending the session.
  • “Q&A” and “Raise Hand” option are of no significance. Use only Chat window for questions.
  • You may leave the session by clicking on the option at the bottom right of the screen.

A sms/email will be sent 30 minutes before live lecture. Live lectures are conducted on a regular basis and details will be updated here. Once available, you can view previously recorded live lecture.

Not receiving E-mails?

Not receiving SMS?

You can unregister for DND services on your mobile by either SMS or Voice call to 1909. SMS STOP to 1909 or Call at 1909 to speak with either the customer care representative or IVR and then follow the instructions to unregister your number from DND. After this, you will get an SMS confirming your request for the same.

Telegram Discussion Group:-

To facilitate section-wise discussions, you will be added to the Telegram Discussion group. There are innumerable benefits which you will incur after you become a part of this group. Your queries related to the course will be answered; you can be a part of the discussions and finally be updated with the lecture schedule.The Telegram Discussion Group link invite will be sent to your registered email IDs.

How to join Telegram Discussion Group

From mobile/tab:
  • Open the Telegram Discussion Group link on one of the mentioned Internet browsers on your mobile phone/tablet, (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer).
  • You will receive a pop-up with a ‘Join Group’ message on your mobiles.
  • Click on ‘Join Group’ and start learning in the group.
From laptop/desktop:
  • Open the link provided below on any one of the mentioned Internet browsers on your laptop or desktop, (Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer).
  • Open Telegram Discussion on your mobile/tab, and go to the Telegram Discussion web option.
  • You will receive a pop-up with a ‘Join Group’ message on your laptop/desktop.
  • Click on ‘Join Group’ and start browsing the group through your desktop.

Note: Joining through Telegram Discussion Web automatically gets you added to Telegram Discussion group on your mobile.

This Telegram Discussion Group link invite will also be sent to your registered email IDs.

Telegram Discussion Group Guidelines (Violators will be removed)

The purpose of making the Telegram Discussion groups is to discuss topics relevant to the course content and help you to excel in the entrance exam. So, please keep in mind the following points:

  • Don’t bring up irrelevant topics or spam. The queries of various subjects should be asked in concise form.
  • Any sort of dubious or unnecessary content shall not be tolerated.
  • Refrain from having one to one meaningless discussions.
  • Students Hitbullseye’s faculty are not obligated to solve any of the questions that are not from Hitbullseye course content. However, depending on time, the faculty may take up the doubts.
  • Students can share and discuss doubts from outside the Hitbullseye’s material with their peers

If you fail to adhere to any of the conditions mentioned above, Hitbullseye reserves the right to remove you from all the Telegram Discussion groups..

Batch change process

In case you have any issue with your batch timing, you can request for the change of batch timing by writing. Please note the batch timing will only be changed subject to availability of seats in other batches.
