Key Features & Highlights
  • Merit-based Selection: GIM reaffirms that admissions are strictly merit-based — there are no donations, management quotas, or backdoor seats.
  • Flexible Eligibility: Candidates completing their bachelor’s degree by June 2026 may also apply. Final year students should have secured at least 50% aggregate (45% for SC/ST).
  • Accepted Test Scores: CAT 2025, XAT 2026, and GMAT taken between 1stJanuary 2024 and 15thJanuary 2026 will be accepted(Ask GMAC to send the score by 31stJanuary 2026. The GMAT code for GIM is 6VN-62-51).
  • Application Fee & Deadlines: GIM has structured a tiered deadline & fee schedule:
      • First Mover: 23 October 2025
      • Early Bird: 27 November 2025
      • Achiever Round Deadline: 4 December 2025
      • CAT Deadline: 23 December 2025
     • Final Deadline: 2 January 2026
  • IDA Programme Requirements: For the International Double Degree in Analytics (IDA), candidates must submit a Statement of Purpose and meet specified English proficiency test scores by 31stJanuary 2026.
  • Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be informed via email and have to appear for a Written Aptitude Test (WAT). For BDA and IDA programmes, GIM will conduct a GIM Analytics Aptitude Test (GAAT) on 1stFebruary 2026.
