PGPM HR Leadership

The Human Resources Leadership Program develops professionals who understand business and all aspects of dealing with people. They are specially prepared to improve team work and help in Organizational Transformation . The Program has an intense transformational learning journey that enables students to learn the tools of Design Thinking, Digital and Analytics to get ready for work places that are facing unprecedented transformation.

School of Inspired Leadership’s Post Graduate Program in Human Resources Leadership, is aligned with the SHRM HR curriculum guides established in 2005, revalidated in 2013, and the program follows SHRM’s recommended guidelines for HR education.

PGPM Eligibility

Minimum 2 years of work experience is required for applying to the PGPBL. Aspirants with less than 2 years of work experience can apply to the PGPHRL
CAT / XAT / NMAT / MAT / CMAT / GMAT Scores are accepted but not mandatory. Students who have not taken the above tests can also apply through STAT (Soil Talent Appreciation Test) which is non analytical and requires no prior preparation on aspirant’s part.
