Symbiosis Institute of Media and Communication or SIMC is a constituent institute of Symbiosis International University situated in Pune which aims to provide Post Graduate Degree programmes in the fields of Mass Communication (creative content development), Brand Communication and Media Management (management of creative businesses.) SIMC is working closely competent industry professionals to groom its students for a career in media and communications industry. It has a symbiotic relationship with the industry and its corporate interface initiative aids this process by organizing competitions such as SIMCatalyst and symposiums like SIMClairvoyance.
The cut off figures for SIMC's flagship PG program in Communication and Media Management (PG-CM) is around 70+ percentile in Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP). The selection process consists of a Group Exercise, Written Test and Personal Interview round.
