The Birla Institute of Management and Technology (BIMTECH) fills up its seats on merit. With its two campuses in Greater Noida and Bengaluru, BIMTECH has been providing management education to young graduates to help them meet corporate challenges. Its location offers a strong advantage in terms of industrial linkages and exposure for its students. The institute grants admission to those applicants who fulfil all the admission requirements.
After getting shortlisted on the basis of BIMTECH cut-off figures, the applicants are evaluated through GD/PI, academics, CAT/ MAT/ GMAT score and extra-curricular activities. Here, we have given the CAT cut-off 2021 for BIMTECH. The cut-off figures for 2022 are expected on similar lines.
The candidate's performance in PI, GD, WAT, CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT/GMAT percentile, marks in graduation, 10+2/Higher Secondary Marks, Matric - all these things count towards final admission in BIMTECH. There are certain weightages for Work Experience, Academic and regional background, professional qualifications etc. in the admission process.
The cutoff figures though an important primary filter, is not the end of the story as a candidate has to perform well in the second round of interview, writing and group discussion. The expected figures is likely to remain the same this time as it was last year, though there could be some minor changes. They are announced after the results.
