PGP in Business Leadership
PGP-BL Has been designed to create business leaders who are transformative, lead by example and are role models to others. The PGP-BL provides a solid grounding in the major business disciplines and core business skills. A strong focus on practice, experience and industry based learning projects enables SOIL to create an ecosystem where inspired leaders are nurtured to stand tall and cast strong shadows in the world outside.
The PGP-BL is a one-year full time program and is designed for graduates with minimum two years of work experience. The program provides a solid grounding in major business disciplines and core business skills. Specializations are offered in Marketing, Finance and Business Analytics tracks. SOIL faculty are global experts in their fields- teaching courses based on industry best practices and latest academic research. Students at SOIL describe professional Mentoring by senior industry leaders, Industry Action Learning Projects, Self-Leadership and Social Innovation Program as some of the unique elements of the curriculum.
PGP-BL students are also eligible to pursue a global degree with our partner school Politecnico di Milano (MIP) in Italy.
PGP in HR Leadership
PGP-HRL program at School of Inspired is focused on developing HR Leaders with a global perspective who are equipped to handle the workload of an HR professional in various industries and situations. It aims to equip the students with the knowledge and skills required for managing HR in a way that contributes to the development of individuals and organizations. The course is ideally suited to those who wish to develop a reasoned and analytical understanding of human behavior in organizations. As a part of the curriculum, students will learn to examine human processes, the individual in the organization, group dynamics and influencing others, and organizational processes and practices.
This program has been rated by SHRM – the global body of HR leaders – as the most innovative program in business schools in 2013.
